At Pretty Hair & Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to every client. To help us maintain high standards and fairness for both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review and follow our salon policies below:
Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked in advance (online, by phone, or in person).

Walk ins are also welcome.

A booking confirmation will be sent via text/email. Please ensure your details are correct.

Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Pretty Hair & Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients fairly, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a charge of 25% of the treatment price.

No-shows may be charged the 50% - full treatment cost before future bookings can be made.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Deposits

For certain treatments or large bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

Deposits will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and a fee may still apply.
Children & Guests

For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you unless they have an appointment.
Refunds & Complaints

We do not offer cash refunds on treatments; however, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Products purchased in-salon can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Hygiene & Safety

All staff follow strict hygiene and sanitisation protocols.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can tailor services safely.
